Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, the item(s) can be returned for a product exchange, store credit or refund within 14 days of the order’s delivery date. Shipping charges are not refundable. In order for returns to be accepted, all items must be in perfect condition with security tag and original packaging.

Returns are not possible from countries outside the E.U. Returns are also not accepted for items that have been labelled NON-RETURNABLE in the product description. These are usually seasonal or customizable items for which we are unable to accept returns.

Capriceclothing reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online and in the Return Instructions accompanying an order. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.

  • PRODUCT EXCHANGE: Items can be exchanged for a different size or an alternative style.
  • STORE CREDIT: Store credit can be used on a future order within 12 months of the return.
  • REFUND: Refunds will be processed within 2 working days from the date when returned items have been checked and accepted. Refunds can only be remitted to the initial credit card, Paypal or bank account used for paying for the order. Please note that processing time may vary depending on the bank or credit card company. Capriceclothing is not liable for any incoming fees charged by the recipient’s bank.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Making a return or exchange is easy. Just follow these instructions and make sure you send your item(s) back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Simply sign in to My Account and select the order you would like to return or select “Return Request” in the Customer Service section at the footer of www.Capriceclothing.com.
  • Alternatively, email  sales@capriceclothing.com or call +30 27360-33868 , +30 6949448926  Monday–Friday 9.00am-5.00pm (CET).
  • Within the next working day you will receive an email confirming your returns request and instructions on how to arrange your return collection.
  • Once we receive and accept your returned package, you will receive an email confirming your exchange, store credit or refund.
